About Us

Confetti was founded with the belief that every day gives us reasons to celebrate. We combined a neighborhood cafe and events space to offer our community the perfect place to celebrate all occasions big and small.

 

Our cafe is open daily and serves coffee, house-made treats, and light lunch options. We make and decorate custom cookies, cakes, and other treats for pick-up in our Tenleytown cafe or can be shipped nationwide. Our treats are perfect for serving at parties; gifting to friends and family; celebrating holidays; corporate gifting, and much more!

 

Our events venue offer full service party planning and coordination for celebrations of all sizes and kinds - birthday parties for all ages, baby showers, bridal showers, anniversary parties, engagement parties, going away parties, and even business and charity events. We take care of everything from planning to execution for party themes, decorations, food, treats, and activities.

 

What to Expect

When you join Confetti’s team, you will enjoy a rewarding, dynamic, and fast-paced environment as you provide support to our cafe and bring a spark of magic to our events and custom treats. You will learn to provide exceptional customer service, bake new and exciting treats, basic cookie and cake decorating, how to execute unforgettable parties, and create wonderful memories for our neighbors.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers in our cafe - take orders, serve treats, scoop ice cream, and make coffee drinks.

• Prepare ingredients for our cafe menu - stock toppings, prepare drink bases, make treat doughs and batters

• Bake and decorate our gourmet treats

• Provide outstanding service to our community members

• Assist in set up for our private and community events

• Make memories for our celebrants as a personal party host

 

Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to follow precise directions

• Willingness to adapt in a quickly changing environment

• Ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment

• Comfort in a kitchen

Availability

At least 15 hours a week, weekends included. Hours will vary. 

 

Compensation

We are offering $16.10/hour+ tips from cafe customers and events.
