What does my event/party booking include?

Your event or party booking includes: ✨Private access to our indoor and/or outdoor events spaces (our cafe's lobby, walk-up window, streatery, and bathrooms will remain open to the cafe guests) ✨Set-up & Clean up ✨Paper plates, disposable utensils, and tablecloth that coordinate with your theme. When you book a Hosted Party, your booking also includes: ✨A personalized party host to guide your guests through games and crafts, help serve your guests, and accomodate any last minute requests.

Do you allow outside entertainment?

Yes! You are welcome to book our space to host a party that features outside entertainment that is fully licensed and insured. Some of our favorites have been: ✨A Princess Spa Day ✨A Petting Zoo ✨A Virtual Gaming Experience ✨Live Musicians Just let us know at the time of booking so that we can plan accordingly! What does a typical hosted party schedule look like?

We cater our party schedule to match the event and age group that is celebrating! For our youngest birthday kids and adults, we typically offer an open format to allow for free movement between crafts, games, eatings, and socializing. For our 4 - 16 year old celebrants, we create a structured schedule to ensure that everyone has time to play, create, connect, and eat. Here is a sample schedule from a 9th birthday party: 1:30 PM - Confetti Staff Set Up and Space Available to Parents for Decorating 2:00 PM - Welcome Guests & Play Ice Breaker Games 2:15 PM - Guided Active Game(s) 3:30 PM - Premium Craft 3:00 PM - Birthday Song & Treats 3:50 PM - Dance Off & Goodbyes 4:00 PM - Confetti Staff Clean Up

What is my deadline to select party upgrades, catering, and/or adjust my headcount?

Party upgrades, catering, and headcount need to be confirmed 7 days prior to your party's event to guarantee our ability to accomodate your requests. We will always do our best to fulfill any last minute requests to change your upgrades, catering, and headcount; however, these changes will be subject to late fees to accommodate necessary changes to our staffing: Less than 7 days before event - 25% Less than 4 days before event - 50% Less than 36 hours before event - 100%

What is your Covid-19 Cancellation policy?

We understand that many of our younger friends who may join us for celebrations have not yet had the opportunity to be vaccinated and if they experience a Covid-19 exposure may be unable to join us for their scheduled celebration. We will happily work with you to reschedule your event to the next available date that works with your schedule that falls after the quarantine period, free of charge.

What is your mask policy for private events?

We request that masks be worn indoors by all participants unless actively eating or drinking. In consideration of the many younger neighbors who visit Confetti and are not yet elligible for vaccination, we base our policy on guidelines provided to elementary schools. We will continue to monitor these guidelines and update our policies as appropriate.

May I bring outside food or desserts to my event?

No, outside food is expressly prohibited at Confetti. We offer a wide range of catering options whether you're looking for appetizers, a brunch buffet, dessert table, or show stopping decorated desserts, we have something to please everyone's tastes!
